This describes what we collect and why, in plain language.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Two kinds of data: launch-list signups (name and email, if you join the launch list) and order data (contact and delivery details, and what you bought, if you place an order). We do not collect anything beyond what those two actions need.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
Launch-list data is used to send you launch updates and early-access offers. Order data is used to process and deliver your order, handle support requests about it, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations.
CONSENT AND UNSUBSCRIBE
Marketing communication is opt-in — we only send launch updates if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time; every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us directly to be removed.
PAYMENTS
No card data ever touches SpaceBrew. Payment is handled entirely on a secure hosted payment page — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card details.
DELETION REQUESTS
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to what we’re legally required to keep (like completed order records for tax purposes). Contact support to make a request.
